Sea Spa at Congress Hall

My wife and I booked two 90-minute massages at the Sea Spa at Congress Hall. We arrived about 15 minutes early, checked in smoothly, and enjoyed some refreshments in the relaxation room — a nice, calm start to what we hoped would be a relaxing experience. However, my treatment experience was extremely disappointing. When my massage therapist, Michelle, met me in the hallway, she quickly walked me to the treatment room and rushed through the instructions while moving things around the space. Toward the end, she wasn’t even facing me, so I couldn’t hear her clearly. When I politely asked her to repeat the last part, she sighed audibly before starting over. I clarified that I only needed her to repeat the part I couldn’t hear, and she did — but the tone already felt impatient and unprofessio

I booked a much deserved deep tissue massage for my exhausted and in much need of vacation wife. The massage was ok, 4 stars but the fact that they said to show up 30 minutes earlier then the appointment to use the steam room but it wasn’t warmed up and there were technical difficulties getting it working, it never worked as intended and nether my wife nor the party of three who were next after her got to experience the services as intended. When you charge this kind of price, a certain quality of service and facilities is expected anywhere you go. Sorry but I want to give a honest review that can perhaps improve the situation or help others avoid a bad experience.

I had a wonderful experience at the Sea Spa this past week while on vacation in Cape May. I have chronic leg pain and fatigue and booked the Beachcomber body treatment with a CBD lotion enhancement. The experience was wonderful and left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Callie was lovely and gave me helpful recommendations for products that I could use at home on a regular basis. On top of that, the spa was aesthetically pleasing, the locker room amenities were well-appointed, and being able to enjoy the relaxation room and steam room was an added bonus. I will make it a point to incorporate a Sea Spa experience in every future Cape May visit!

I had a fabulous facial with Jennifer Linzey! I have had many facials before, but this fire and Ice facial left my skin feeling amazing and my skin continued to look bright and feel smooth! I can’t wait to return! This is 60!@

Jack gave hands down the best massage I’ve ever had (I get 2+ massages a month). He’s incredibly talented. I highly recommend a massage by him if you’re in the area.
