LILI's Health Spa

As a long time Lili's Health Spa customer, I'm pleased to share my experience at this wonderful business. To begin, the spa is impeccably clean, simply designed and welcoming. Walk-ins are welcome, but in prime season, you'll do better with an appointment. I tend to book a 90 minute deep tissue massage and highly recommend it to ease tension, pain, and release tightness. Lili is mindful of your response to pressure points/her techniques and adjusts as needed to ensure an effective result without discomfort. Lili is a healer; she is very knowledgeable, extremely intuitive, talented, and kind. You can trust her to take great care of you. Take advantage of slower off-season traffic and stop in at Lili's to recover from that holiday shopping stress.

Lili is THE BEST massage therapist I've ever had. Really works to release tension and tight spots. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! How did I not know about her. I've lived here my whole life. Don't hesitate just go!

I had a two hour Chinese deep tissue acupuncture treatment from Lili and it was phenomenal. I have never experienced this type of bodywork and it released so much pain and tension from my body in places I didn’t even realize were tight! Lili is a highly skilled therapist who is very knowledgeable in acupuncture points and meridians. She is not just working on a body part, she is holistically treating the entire person. She is professional and her touch was very strong and deep, yet her presence was kind and gentle. The studio and restroom were immaculate. There are curtains between the individual massage tables rather than private rooms but it did not diminish my experience at all. I live locally and I plan to return on a regular basis.

I had an amazing massage yesterday, including foot reflexology, and I can’t say enough great things about LiLi. She is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly skilled in what she does. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and genuinely cared for. One of the best experiences I’ve had—highly recommend!
