Scruples Hair Design by Norma & Co.

Paid for an all over color, that night I noticed lots of grey still visible all over, past the roots. Not all my hair is the same color, spots were missed completely. Nicki was nice, but poor quality for the price I paid. I do not live in the area (3 hrs away) and can not return easily for a fix. Very frustrating.

Of course I give 5 stars I work here ! Cute shop ! Great girls ! Come see me an , with cut & style or any chemical service whether it's fun or Professional receive a complimentary eye brow wax !

Out of towner that booked an appointment with Norma for an updo. I could not have been happier. My hair looked beautiful and lasted all night through much dancing. She paid attention to every detail and it was exactly what I had envisioned. Highly recommend!

Scruples is an outstanding Salon that I highly recommend to everyone. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming, making for a great atmosphere. I just recently had a Brazilian Blow Out treatment done to my hair there by the marvelous Norma and I could not be happier with the results. Many hair professionals I’ve encountered in the past are always trying to rush through the service and cut corners in doing so; however, Norma spent quality time and care in processing the treatment in my hair to make sure it turned out perfect, which it did :) Norma is an expert in hair and I will absolutely continue to go to Scruples for all my hair needs in the future!

Great Salon, New location in Linthicum w/ a very modern~ cutting edge feel! Great stylists that know what they are doing! Awesome atmosphere! Love the colored "real" hair extensions! Entire Salon is new and remodeled! So happy I have now found a salon where I don't have to worry whether my cut or color will turn out ok, SO HAPPY WITH MY COLOR/HIGHLIGHTS & CUTS! Stylists there have a lot of experience and no matter what age person walks through the door, they will definitely leave happy!
