I generally enjoy my services here. Until today. They refused my gift card which was purchased 12/29/2024. While I understand it’s over a year old. Maryland LAW states gift cards have a 4 year life span. The own was rude when I was trying to educate her. And as a small business owner myself I do not tolerate that. There are better ways to handle costumers. So please know the law and educate yourself. This was my first time at this shop and may I just say, it was a pleasant experience!! There were only 2 ladies working so I was told it would be a 40 minute wait. However, 10 minutes later I was being set up for my pedicure. Both ladies were very polite, they listened to and accommodated my request. I will definitely go back in 2 weeks 😊

If I could have given 0 I would have…they over charged me for my nails wayyyy tooo much she then proceeded to tell me that because Her shop was busy and she took 5 hrs to do my nails because she made me wait and she took other customers and I had to wait longer she charged me extra for that which wasn’t my fault on top of that she charged me way more for designs than what was on the board as the price for designs…She did me dirty I can’t believe she charged all these extra prices for everything…she took advantage of me being a kind person sadly please be careful when you go to her her prices she tells you and the prices on the walls are not the same

Nails came out amazing ! I love it would recommend to go. The only thing you will experience is the lady man handles tf out of your nails. I also do want to recommend to have customers wash there hands before applying an type of polish or gel after filing because I have dust files on my nails which is the only thing disappointing. Other then that amazing. Good price $80 each for the set of nails.

I was recommended to this salon by a coworker. I absolutely loved the way Heidi did my nails. My mom and sister had their nails done by the other young guy and the other lady and they didn’t like their nails as much. They aren’t as clean with their work!! I would definitely recommend Heidi!! If she is busy make an appointment only with her and no one else!!
