My husband and oldest son have been going here for about a year. Within the past 9 months this location has gone downhill to us. The new front staff has messed up all of our appointments. When ordering a drink the beer was 85% foam, the Jamison meat was not in the right glass no ice cube a not even half full. The vibe in this place is not as happy & bubbly as it use to be. The cut was messed up, shorter on one side than the other. The manager was a little rude… needless to say we won’t be back or renewing our membership

I really wanted to like Scotch & Scissors, but overall the experience just didn’t work for me. The biggest issue was scheduling. As someone with a hectic life, I found it extremely difficult to book appointments when I actually needed them. It often felt like my schedule had to revolve around their availability rather than the other way around, which became frustrating over time, especially given the premium pricing and membership model. On top of that, the service offerings weren’t always clearly explained when booking. For example, scheduling hair color didn’t make it obvious that highlights weren’t included, which led to confusion and added costs. I enjoyed the luxury of the straight razor head shave and the feedback on the best way to trim and upkeep my beard. The included drink is always tasty plus too! Recommended for a personal grooming treat.

The experience I had was incredible. Josie was not only professional, but a pleasure to be around. The atmosphere was great, the shop was clean and the service was incredible. I would highly recommend Josie to anyone needing a head shave. The best experience ever.
