Waste of time and money. Rude and unprofessional when the client is not satisfied with careless effort. I was referred to Dencia by a friend who went to her. My friend had a good experience and after reading the reviews on Yelp, I felt that it was worth a shot. She arrived 15 min late to our first appointment, which I was understanding of. The conversation was unprofessional at times. She took a personal phone call. Checked her social media a few times. So appointment ended up being 3.5 hours. I texted her when I got home as there were obvious gaps on hair on my part. We spoke the following day and she agreed that more hair needed to be added. I sent her photos and video of what I wanted the part to look like for when she would correct it. We agreed to meet at 7a before her 9a client the

Top-Notch stylist that is prosserssional, on time, and attentive to her customers needs. Ms. Denica (Dee Dee) Phillips is known for her creative styles and unique ability to have her customers leave felling gorgeous. I have a been a customer for years and look forward to my next appointment each time knowing I'm going leave looking and feeling like I'm top of the world.
