Scissor Works

This is a great little salon. All of the ladies who work here seem super friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. It's also wonderful to have such a great hair salon only five minutes from home. I got my hair cut there for the second time this evening and I am very pleased with the way that it turned out. Thank you, Lita! I will definitely schedule my next hair appointment with the ladies at Scissorworks.

After two and a half years, I finally went for a hair cut. They have a new on-line booking service that wasn't supposed to be up and running yet, oops, I booked on-line. They were sooo nice. Kim was able to take me anyway and she did an amazing cut for me. I highly recommend this place to anyone. You girls are the best!

This was my 1st visit to Scissor Works and it was a great experience. It's been nine months since my last haircut due to the pandemic, and Toni turned my long, overgrown, "witchy-poo" hair into the cutest style. I've been going to Aveda salons for decades and usually get a pretty good cut, but Toni beat all of them hands down. I don't style my hair, AT ALL, or even dry it, so the cut has to be really good to just wash & go. As info, I have long, semi-wavy hair, no bangs. I always get a long layer cut with extra layering so it is lighter and "flippy" (if that's a word). The shop, itself, is cute and very homey with comfy nooks to sit and wait. All the staff were nice and I look forward to my next visit.

She burned my scalp when first blow drying and poked me in the eyelid with the end of her rat tail comb while doing highlights. My cut came out nothing like the huge poster in their window. Good luck to anyone else.
