Beautiful area with great views and a good spot for a quick break to stretch the legs if on a motorcycle
Not the best view of the mountain, but you can see it if the clouds are clear.
Well it's not a bad view of Mt. Meeker it's not the best view either. Instead a much more dramatic view of Meeker can be found at St. Catherine's Chapel on Route 7 between Allenspark and Estes Park!
The pine trees have taken away a lot of the scenic views
The most interesting part of the view, that of Mt. Meeker (I believe) is obstructed by trees. The mountain is much better seen from the side of the road at certain spots in either direction.
