As someone who has received a lot of bodywork over the years, I can honestly say Taryn offers THE most attuned and effective work I’ve experienced. Her lymphatic massage and body sculpting are what my body responds to the most, I leave feeling lighter, less congested, and glowing every single time. Northern Colorado Women’s Massage & Aesthetics is such a nourishing, beautiful space, and Taryn’s care feels really special. Bonus points for gratuity being included, you know the cost up front and can just float out without doing mental math.

I had the best experience with Taryn. She does such a great job at making you feel comfortable, listens to your needs/wants for your service, she is also so easy to talk to, kind, and really enjoyable to be around. I have had both a therapeutic massage and a lymphatic massage and both were amazing. I cannot recommend her enough, and look forward to seeing her again very soon!

I recently went in for a facial and face massage and the service was excellent. Taryn was super sweet and made me feel so comfortable! As a mom of 3 under 5 and a caregiver for my father, self-care is rare, and I truly felt rejuvenated afterward. Her suite is super cute and calming. Loved the vibes! Highly recommend—— already booked my next visit!!

Taryn is basically a wizard disguised as a very kind human with warm hands. From the minute you walk in, your whole nervous system exhales. Her space is cozy and calm, and she has this incredibly grounding, caring energy that makes you feel instantly safe and supported. I fully consider my sessions with her essential maintenance, right up there with sleep and drinking water. It’s one of my favorite ways to take care of myself, and I regret absolutely nothing about prioritizing it. Break up with Starbucks. Cancel one streaming service. Saddle the kids with just a little more student loan debt. Just work it into the budget. You deserve it.
