I recently had my hair colored here and am extremely disappointed with the results. After washing it, my hair turned very brassy and noticeably uneven, especially in the underneath layers. When I wear it half up and half down, the contrast between the top and bottom sections is obvious and poorly blended. I originally came in to remove black box dye and was assured my goal could be achieved. I was also clear that I was okay taking it slow or even staying brunette if needed. The outcome feels rushed and inconsistent. No photos were taken of my hair afterward to add to her profile. Although a root smudge was offered to correct , I do not feel comfortable returning to have it corrected. This experience did not meet the professional standard I expected, and I will not be back.

Me encantó como me quedó mi cabello a pesar de ser muy negro logró aclararlo. Oneyda hizo un excelente trabajo se tomó su tiempo y cuidó de mi cabello para no maltratarse en el proceso. Muy buen ambiente las muchachas muy amigables me la pasé muy bien 100 por ciento recomendable. Gracias
