Today we visited Scalp Bar on Eastern Ave in Las Vegas, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. This unique wellness spot is dedicated to scalp health and deep relaxation, think of it as a facial for your scalp, but elevated into a full sensory ritual. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the front desk attendant and guided through a quick check-in process. We filled out a brief questionnaire about our hair and scalp concerns, preferences, and goals. We also got to choose an aromatherapy scent and an eye mask for the session, which added a personalized and spa-like touch. Our appointment was at 11:30, and right on time, our specialists came to get us. My specialist was Luz Molina, and she was incredible, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely skilled.

Today, I used a @GroupOn for @ScalpBar here in Las Vegas (8810 S Eastern Ave, Ste 200) When I walked in, there was a little bit of a line, but that’s fine. The problem is that there’s only 4 seats, and I was number 5. The staff was VERY quick to get clients back to the stylists, so I didn’t have to stand or wait too long. My stylist was Kate, who is a certified cosmetologist (I’m almost positive everyone working here is), but that means she’s been to school and certified by the state to practice cosmetology. She walked me through the client sheet to make sure I knew what I wanted. Warning about pictures: I have a massive buildup and dandruff problem, and the pictures will show it at the very end. She sectioned off my hair to use their little gizmo camera to see my scalp. It was gross,

Wow! Seriously if you’re looking for an amazing scalp spa like treatment come here!!! Had an appointment with Sarah and she was amazing!!! I was 2 weeks postpartum and wanted to do a hair loss treatment to kinda help and prevent with that hair loss after having a baby. With my first child I lost a lot of hair. The whole treatment experience as amazing. Sarah makes you feel so comfortable. The back room where you do the treatment is so relaxing. You lay down on a massage chair that massages your whole body, legs and arms. I loved the whole experience so much I’m going to definitely come back once a month or every other month. I wasn’t pressured to buy anything but I even bought the Nutrafol hair serum. Thank you so much Sarah.

I signed up for a membership at Scalp Bar and left realizing this business is disorganized, poorly run, and has zero accountability. Nowhere in the membership details does it say you cannot use your membership on your first visit. That information was only retroactively invented after multiple billing errors, showing a complete lack of policies or communication. The front desk and on-site supervisor were cold, slow, unapologetic, and completely untrained in customer service. Pricing changed mid-service, a quoted hot tool price was challenged at checkout, and it took over 10 minutes with multiple staff members just to correct the POS. I had such an amazing experience at Scalp. It’s a unique concept because they focus on scalp treatments and deep cleansing instead of the usual salon visit. The wash felt so relaxing and refreshing, almost like a spa treatment for your head. My hair and scalp felt super clean and healthy afterward and the massage during the process was incredible. The space is modern and calming and the staff were so welcoming and professional. I left feeling relaxed and completely renewed. Highly recommend if you want to give your hair and scalp some extra love
