As a first-time client when I first walked into the facility. The atmosphere felt like I was walking into a room full of aunties and cousins. The uplifting music that they played kept you in a high spirited mood. You can truly tell that the stylus enjoyed working with each other and that they actually treated each other like family. My stylus that provided my service name was Toya she was very down to earth and silly. She was very gentle with my hair and always make sure that I was very comfortable. I look forward to my next appointment. I also took my son with me as well to get his locks retwisted and his stylist name was Ciara. She was a joy to be around as well, she also kept you laughing and talking and Sis do not play when it comes to those crochets braids. She was getting them ladie

First time client but when I walked through those doors and Mrs Shannon was there to great me with a smile and she made the entire experience fun! Cierra was my stylist and she was the bomb most importantly I got twists and color and was done in 3 1/2 hours. Everyone check out sassy styles by Shannon you will definitely be pleased I can’t wait to go back!!!!!

Terrible service came in today to get my daughter her first salon experience as a part of her birthday gift before I came in I spoke to the lady otp and thru text she told me to bring her in she has a few but she’ll “work her in” so I brought her down she told me she never said to bring her then proceeded to ask for hair that the salon should provide and the hair she failed to mention that I needed to provide all while her hair looked like🗑️ 🥱 it’s cool boo I should’ve known we was better off finding someone else ms church girl in there lying 🙄 I wouldn’t give this rating a star at all if I could👎👎👎👎👎

Let me tell you! These Ladies are AWESOME!!! I had been trying to get someone for over a month to do my hair! I felt as if everybody thought I was just trying to play them or something! A friend of mine called Ms. Shannon and spoke with her. He gave me their info and I called right away. Ms. Dawn got me in straight away!!! I explained what I wanted... And Ms. Dawn done EXACTLY what I wanted! She actually went above and beyond my expectations!! I now want to thank everybody else for standing me up on appointments and refusing to call me back!! I HAVE NOW FOUND MY NEW STYLISTS!!! THANK YOU AGAIN MS. DAWN AND MS. SHANNON!!!
