​As someone who works in this industry, I truly understand the grind and exhaustion that comes with the job. However, at these price points, I expect a certain level of professionalism and care. I used to love coming here, but lately, the atmosphere has changed. The friendly greetings have been replaced by visible frustration and a rushed environment. My recent sessions felt hurried and less gentle than they should be. I want to feel welcomed as a client, not like an inconvenience. I hope to see a return to the quality service that made me a regular in the first place.

I made an appointment, when I walked in (3 minutes late mind you) they still had an open seat for me, I showed the design I wanted and LOI did exactly what I asked him to, he was very patient with my inability to make a definitive decision on what colors I wanted. My nails came out AWESOME! definitely made a loyal customer out of me!!

Nice and clean place. Prices are reasonable and they do provide good service. Do make an appointment before you come. They also do patterns on nails which are really cute and pretty.

I left the people I’ve been going to for 6+ years for Sassy’s and I won’t go back. Everybody is so sweet. Helyna does an incredible job every single time. She kills it!
