Sasa nails and spa

I’ve been going to Sasas for almost a year now and I absolutely love them! Any picture I’ve shown them off Pinterest, Instagram etc… they’ve been able to replicate! From basic color only designs to more intricate ones I’ve always been satisfied. They are true artists! Every technician is wonderful and I’ve never had a bad experience. The quality of their acrylics is outstanding, I’m a server so I work mostly with my hands and I can safely get my nails longer knowing they will last. Definitely recommend if you want beautiful, quality nails that everyone will compliment.

This my second time coming here first these sweet ladies did my nails for my birthday vacation and today I asked for a classy winter set and they nailed it! Horrible experience, my nails were messed up to begin with. Sns clumped underneath my nails, can still see the past color, sides missing colors. Then one of my nails popped off for no reason at all, they made me pay for it. Then the next day another nail fell off for no reason. Refuse to refund or redo my nails.

I asked for an acrylic full set and they told me that I had to do sns because the acrylic has to be on pong acrylics? I have never heard that before. Also they didn’t follow what I asked for at all and left my fingers covered in crust. They came out bumpy and I told them and they fixed them but they are extremely thick. i’m not happy with what i got for what i paid.

Sarah does a great job on nails (shaping and designs), but is the only one who can do long nails. I’ve visited for services 4 times. The first time I had to come back another day for my full set since Sarah was out of town. They tell you the prices before hand, which is great and I pay them, but they definitely overcharge. They don’t follow the order of sign ins and they tend to tell you a shorter wait time than what it actually is. I’ve waited 2+ hours every single time. Update… I attempted to give them a chance again and they lied saying it would be a long wait and refused to service me due to me saying their prices are expensive. They are. I contacted another tech about a set they did and that tech said they would’ve charged $60 less. I’ve paid every single time and tipped so to not se
