Best massage experience yet! Sarah was extremely professional. I felt relaxed and safe throughout the experience. I appreciated that she took the time to learn what areas of my body were problematic. Not only did she educate me on why that area might be ailing me, but Sarah also focused a little more on those spots to help alleviate those sore muscles. Highly recommend going to Sarah for an exceptional massage therapy experience.

I've been going to Sarah for many years now and every time I see her, it's a game changer! Though I know she offers more of a spa massage as an option, I see her to work out any built up knots. She is very talented at finding and releasing tight muscles, even in spots you didn't realize were a problem. She also makes you feel comfortable right away and is great at explaining the physiology of some of the issues what have come up with my body. Visiting Sarah has become a staple of my self care routine. I highly recommend her!
