Sarah Nails and Spa

Got my nails done here yesterday. The nail tech convinced me to do gel because it would last longer. However, this is how it turned out a day later. For $40+ $10 tip, I expect it to be applied correctly and not look like melted cheese the next day. This is the worst manicure I have ever gotten. I would go back and get it redone if it was not over an hour from me.

I stopped here to get my nails done before my wedding in a panic. I found Amanda by chance and she was incredible working to get me in last minute. My wedding nails were perfect. I wish I would have taken more photos of all the sets I got done by her to share. She is truly talented and always made my nails perfect. The best experience I’ve ever had with a nail tech. She was patient and always fixed anything I was extra meticulous about. Amanda was my go to for pedicures as well. The salon is always clean and welcoming.There is also a HUGE selection of colors to choose from.

I went to Sarah’s nail and spa as a birthday gift from my daughter. I got the jelly pedicure and I did not like the finish on one of my toes, so I told my technician and she proceeded to tell me that it’s the clear part of my skin, so she didn’t fix it and I didn’t want to go back and forth with her so I let it go but I was not pleased. Anyway I also got my eyebrows waxed. By the same technician. She said my face was very greasy which I couldn’t understand because I don’t have oily skin, so I told her it was moisturizer that I usually put on my face. I have been doing my eyebrows for years and always have moisturizer on my face and nobody ever said my face was greasy. Anyway the wax was too hot and she burned my eyebrow. I’ll never go there ever again and if my daughter wasn’t the one payi

My nail tech did exactly what I showed him I wanted. He spent his time filing the acrylic to look natural and checked in with me at each step to make sure it was the length, style, and design I wanted. My cuticles weren’t cleaned but I had done them myself earlier this week so there may have not been much to trim or clean. I didn’t feel rushed at all and it was a relaxing experience. It was a really nice aesthetic place and clean. I found it on a google search and felt like I really lucked out with how great the nail service was for my first time trying a random nail salon.

Something not to be happy about. Not even 2 weeks with dip and simply with to open a door and it chipped. They're closed for the day but will call first thing in the morning to see if they can fix it. A dip should last about a month. Update: Almost a year now and still the only place I go! I drive an hour to get there and love all of the employees. Everyone is friendly and welcoming! Had my first pedicure and will never pass on one again! First time getting my nails done (white and red) and Sarah did an amazing job! Took about 2 hours and she was extremely patient as I continued to not relax but try to learn the process. I have received SO MANY compliments. Will def make her my regular.
