Sarah African Hair Braiding

Twice my younger sister had her hair done here. Awesome job each time. I need to make an appointment soon. Very much recommended.

Sarah was extremely professional and friendly the first time she braided my hair. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time. Five days ago, we agreed to a 7am appointment. The night before the appointment she texted me at 2am to change the time (I was sleeping). When I woke up I tried to call back to clarify but did not get an answer and she did not respond to text messages. I drove 45 minutes. I waited then left when I did not hear from her. I am so disappointed and I’m sorry to say Sarah African Hair Braiding has lost a customer.

Crochet braids look great! Thank you for having a clean and quiet shop with lots of good convo, to relax and let you do my hair even with my reschedule Sarah took good care of my hair and gave me the style I requested. I recommend you give her a call.

I called Sarah one day and got in the next day for an appointment at 530pm. She was in the shop with no other customers and didn't take 1 break. I got her to do cornrows and my hair looks beautiful. I highly recommend Sarah.

First time going to her and I was very disappointed. Seems like she pushes her hairstyle she wants to do on you instead of listening to what the customer wants. Then she blames her customer for not going into more detail about the style you tried to explain to her you wanted. I don't recommend this place. My experience was horrible. I even asked if she could cut my hair because the length was way to long and she said no! I was in shock because it should be what the customer wants. I showed her a picture of the style not aware she uses two lengths of hair. I'm use to other salons just cutting the excess hair making the length to my liking. And I also told her that the hair she was using wasn't going to work on my 4C hair but she swore up and down it would but after 15 days of this hairstyle
