I recently experienced the Nervous System Reset at the Santa Fe Salt Cave. I already thought the salt cave experience itself was beautiful and restorative, but this was next level. The space is serene, immersive, and thoughtfully designed, and the entire session feels intentionally created to reduce the cumulative stress we all carry — not just help you relax for a moment, but truly allow your nervous system to settle. I had an amazing experience at the salt cave. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. The soft lighting, comfortable seating, and soothing environment made it easy to completely unwind. Breathing in the salty air felt refreshing, and I left feeling lighter, calmer, and recharged. It was the perfect break from everyday stress, and I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for relaxation and wellness.

We had the best visit, enjoyed the salt cave, massages, red light therapy and acupuncture. The amazing atmosphere was just what we needed after a long day of golfing. Your staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. I personally have tried red light therapy at a "retail chain" in Santa Fe, that was filthy and one could grab hairballs off their floors, and shower walls!! Your place is much cleaner, quiet and calming. We weren't staring at others receiving private treatments and hearing their medical needs, or listening to nursing staff laughing at her patients at a local ER!! I recently visited Santa Fe Salt Cave and had a mixed experience — the services themselves were decent, but the booking and communication process needs serious improvement. When I booked my appointment, I received a confirmation text that clearly stated: “Revitalize and Renew: Salt Cave, Infrared Sauna, and Ionic Foot Detox Reservation – up to 3 people (price includes tax).” Based on this wording, I reasonably understood that the price I paid covered up to three people, so I brought my spouse with me. When we arrived, the front desk employee asked if there were two of us. I explained that the confirmation message said “up to 3 people,” and she didn’t mention any additional charges — she simply handed my husband a form to fill out. It felt gentle, supportive, and incredibly effective. I felt my stress melt away and my whole body settle into relaxation. Even hours later I still felt calmer than usual.
