River is such a great massage therapist! Very professional, very intentional about creating a safe space and helping you meet your wellness goals. They've done great work with helping me manage tension in my neck and shoulders! I hadn't tried cupping before coming here, and was nervous about it. River makes it very clear that cupping is optional, but I'm glad I gave it a shot because it has made a bigger impact on reducing muscle tension for me. I just had an excellent Thai Massage with River! As a 41 year old physically active guy the deep stretching and pressure was exactly what I needed to let go of tension. I especially liked the stretching on my neck and shoulders 💆🏻‍♂️ River is very attentive and kind with a nonjudgmental approach. They're empathic without being intrusive, thorough, take the time to ask thoughtful and comprehensive questions before starting, and provide a calming and peaceful environment in which one's body can let the benefits of the massage truly sink in.

River is the best massage therapist in town! River's skill is unmatched and the massage space is very relaxing and very clean. River has taken a lot of great safety precautions and I felt very safe and relaxed during my entire massage. I have been seeing River for my massage therapy since 2017 and would highly recommend them for anyone needing stress relief, pain relief or sports massage! Also, definitely try the cupping - it's a very therapeutic addition to the massage.
