Got my hair colored and cut by Jacky. The color was awesome like always. The cut was not good. I messaged her about it but obviously she wasn’t too happy I guess. She stopped replying to my messages. That day I spend like $460 or little more. I was very disappointed. She is great when it comes to color but not a haircut. For being so pricey the least someone can do is admit the mistake and be willing to fix it. I’ll take my money elsewhere!
