She is always curious and attentive, always intentional in providing a really beautiful, relaxing experience. I feel like I know something new about myself ans my body, every time I see her. I have been seeing Annika for a few months now and am so glad I found her. I have fibromyalgia and hypermobile joints, and am always a bit cautious about seeing a new massage therapist. From our first session, I knew that I was in capable hands. Something that really struck me in that first session was how Annika attunes to your breathing and works with your natural rhythm. I actually had lost my cat the morning of that session and although she wasn't aware of this context, I felt her co-regulate with me and attune to my nervous system. Her intuitive, intentional massage combined with that attunement led to a release of both emotional and physical tension I was holding. Subsequent sessions have not been on such fraught days, but Annika's work continues to make changes in my body and nervou
