I cannot recommend Jackie highly enough! She worked absolute magic on my hair. I’ve been growing out my greys and feeling a little unsure about the whole transition, but Jackie blended everything so beautifully that it looks completely natural, modern, and so flattering. What I love most is that she didn’t just “do” my color—she really listened. She explained what would complement my skin tone, talked through options, and created a blend that feels like me, just elevated. This was my first time going to an actual salon as I tend to heart go to places like Supercuts and Hair Masters, but I wanted to sort of fix my hair from cutting and dying it on my own, and thought perhaps I would try a professional touch. Jackie did a super amazing job! From the consultation and guiding me through the specifics of the cut I wanted, and then figuring out the exact colors I had envisioned to also keeping with my need to not require a lot of styling on my own after I shower. Julia was kind enough to help out so that we could get what I wanted done in the time alloted so I could impress for a job interview I have tomorrow. First time visiting this salon and we are very pleased! Friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere. We were offered drinks and snacks throughout the visit which was a nice addition to an already pleasant environment. Our stylist Jackie was very sweet and made my daughter comfortable and excited for her new transformation. Hair color came out beautiful and vibrant! We will be back in the future! Jackie did an awesome job! I have complicated color, a pearly blond stripe in the front, with red violet in the rest of my hair and it's very tough to get right, without them bleeding into each other. And she did it perfectly. She did a stacked a-line Bob, also not easy to do. She loves to do elaborate color and cutting, and is very meticulous. I recommend her totally!!

Jackie was truly wonderful!! My hair was struggling with dark grown out roots and at home platinum bleached hair:/ she cleaned it up beautifully and gave me this lovely beige blonde color. She got so much done in just 3 hours!!! Highly recommend going to Jackie but Salon Prisma as a whole is super reliable❤️
