Sanctuary Salon & Day Spa

Sanctuary Salon & Spa is truly a hidden gem! When I say hidden, I mean it—it’s a little tricky to find, and the parking lot can be challenging, especially after dark. But once you step inside, it’s absolutely worth it. The space is cozy and beautifully decorated (it looked amazing for the holidays!). I visited last Wednesday for my first massage at Sanctuary, and honestly, it might have been the best massage I’ve ever had. Naomi was incredible—she had the perfect balance of pressure for a Swedish massage, and I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a wonderful, relaxing experience!

I had a gift package for manicure pedicure facial and massage. I lost the paper gift card and the owner was able to accommodate and find it for me. The massage was absolutely amazing and same with the facial. My manicure and pedicure came out great as well! All the staff was great, accommodating, and gave fantastic advice on caring for my skin and nails.

New to the area and happened upon this salon for eyebrow beautification. I called to make the appointment and was greeted by the sweetest and most welcoming voice. Once I entered the Sanctuary for my appointment I immediately felt at home. I have been to a lot of salons in Boston and CT, this salon was exactly as their name suggests, a Santuary! Beautiful, immaculate and very well thought out. Robin took me to the back area which was so serene. Her room was clean and comfortable. She is the utmost professional, knowledgeable and really listened to what I wanted. She exceeded my expectations and I left feeling great and as though I just spent time with an old friend. I had a pedicure here today by Kelly. I have been to 2 other Franklin spas for pedicures and I have to say Sanctuary was the best. One of the other spas that I went to, the pedicure area was very noisy and the other Franklin spa was OK but not as nice as Sanctuary. The interior of Sanctuary is very appealing, all nicely laid out and the pedicure area was very quiet and peaceful, which is what I'm looking for when I'm relaxing with a pedicure. I will definitely be returning.

I am so bummed about my hair. I have been going here for past 2 years and my wedding is this June 2025. At my December apt my hair was turned blue/gray instead of blonde. The stylist said he left the toner on for longer than usual to make me brighter because he knows I like to be bright. I never mentioned wanting to be brighter I always say “the same as usual!” Just my usual blonde highlights I always get. I was grateful they let me come back the same night to “fix” which made my hair blonde, but now has horrible new breakage and is 3+ different shades. I am sure what was used to rinse out the toner but it had an extremely harsh chemical smell.
