Brian Richards Salon

I highly recommend Brian Richards salon. I have very thin hair and Brian does wonders to make my hair look full! The salon is immaculate and the staff are incredibly welcoming. There are a lot of salons to chose from in the area but the experience at Brian Richards is like Newbury Street without the traffic and crazy prices!

The team at Brian Richards is incredible. I’m so glad I tried them when I first moved to the area five years ago. I typically see Rachel who is great - but at this point, I’ve seen nearly everyone else on the team and they’re all fantastic. My wife and two kids go there as well and love it. I recommend them to everyone I know in town—and you should go too.

I chose this salon because it had five stars and over 100 reviews… which not many businesses can achieve. I expected to get decent results based on this alone, but my experience far exceeded my expectations. Brooke was amazing; she managed to do exactly what I asked for, but in a better way than I imagined. I hadn’t been to a salon in about a decade and was very nervous, but Brooke quickly put me at ease. She did a corrective cut for me, and managed to preserve as much length as possible, as well as significantly improve the shape. She knows what she’s doing!!!!! I’m SO HAPPY with my experience today, and looking forward to my follow up visits.

I love it here! Kathryn cuts my hair and she does a beautiful job every time. She listens to exactly what I want and I always leave happy. I have also had my hair styled for events with Kathryn and Dian and they both did a great job. My hair usually does not hold a curl, but they are able to make it stay! The salon is clean, staff is friendly, and I have never had to wait a long time.

The salon is neatly kept with a relaxing vibe inside. The owners are friendly, professional and accommodating. They have several polite, personable and talented stylists. Rachel takes her time to really get to know her clients. She is always attentive to my hair, makes thoughtful suggestions and never disappoints.
