⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I visited Sancho Restaurant this past Saturday with our best friends while visiting from Texas to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and what a wonderful experience it was. This place is truly a hidden gem. The ambiance was fantastic, warm, inviting, and perfect for a special occasion. The food was exceptional and absolutely delicious, and the service was just as impressive. The entire staff was attentive and welcoming, and our waitress Claudia was outstanding, incredibly attentive, kind, and on top of everything all night. The only small hiccup was with the reservation system through Google. Although it showed as confirmed, it didn’t actually go through. Saying goodbye to 2025 at Sancho Restaurant was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The process began with the reservation, flawlessly coordinated by Yipsy, who was exceptional. She took the time to walk us through every detail with clarity, patience, and genuine care. Her coordination and attention to detail set the tone well before we even arrived. When we got there, our group of 14, including kids, was warmly welcomed, and everything was perfectly prepared ahead of our arrival. Patatas bravas were just okay. The star of the show was the paella. Fun environment, the music was definitely too loud to hold a conversation. Wish cola drinks were fountain drinks and not from the can.

Food was amazing. Live music on Sunday was the big surprise. We will be back again. Claudia was very helpful too.
