Milton is truly gifted. He listens and responded to my current needs perfectly. The rooms are hella clean, relaxing, and methodically put together. The prices are more approachable than many in this area. You can really feel that Sana Sana is here for their community in so many ways. A lovely experience from start to finish. Joined the membership too. 🤘🏽

I booked an appointment based on a friend's recommendation. I'm beyond grateful as I will never go anywhere else. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and listened carefully to my issues. Once he got into the massage, he was able to tailor what he does specifically to what he was finding and did an excellent job of explaining what he was doing. After the first visit, he made a huge difference and I can't wait to continue improving my overall health! Thank you so much Alex!!!

My experience with Sana Sana was true Bodywork. Alex is so skilled. You can genuinly feel the CARE he has for your body. I've had so much massage in my life and the difference with Sana Sana is this type of bodywork is connected with your nervous system. I felt calm the whole time, i felt relaxed, i could actually feel the deep tissues being worked on but not painful at all. It was such deep work but actually enjoyable the whole time. Im seriously amazed. I was getting 1 massage per week at the cheap spot around the corner and this session with Alex did 1 months worth of massages in one session!!! Highly recommend Sana Sana Bodywork Collective! Milt is extremely knowledgeable and professional. His massage technique is the best I have ever had. The room is warm and inviting. Very comfortable and relaxing. Do yourself a favor and book a 90 minute deep tissue massage, you will not be disappointed. I cant wait to get in and see Milt again.

Having Alex as my massage therapist has been a great experience. He is very understanding and knowable about body mechanics, and how his guidance in the message helps to release the stresses that encompasses my body. After the session I felt great physically but also with a calm and peaceful mind.
