San Diego Myofascial Release

I had a wonderful session at San Diego Myofascial Release. The therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, making me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the entire massage. I especially appreciated the focused myofascial release techniques that relieved my back tension. The whole experience was amazing – Karen is super friendly, the space is clean and well kept, and relief has been very effective. Highly recommend.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at San Diego Myofascial Release. The team is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. I’ve been to three appointments so far, and each therapist I’ve worked with has been excellent. The sessions are both comforting and effective, and the myofascial release work feels thoughtful and intentional. I have complex, unusual injuries that require a whole-body approach, and this is one of the few therapies that truly takes that into account. After trying many other avenues without success, this treatment gives me real hope. I will definitely continue coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for skilled, compassionate care.

I highly recommend San Diego Myfascial release! To be completely honest, I didn’t know what my myofacial pain was until I was dealing with it myself and I had no idea how to help it. After many doctors appointments, diagnostic tests and many, many pain relieving medication’s over five months, I googled myofascial relief in San Diego and SDMFR popped up and I’m so glad I immediately made an appointment with Karen. After just one session, I started sleeping better and I got off ALL pain relievers! I had been taking pain relievers every 6 to 8 hours for the last five months and I haven’t taken a single one since my first session! Karen at SDMFR is truly a godsend! Her and this center have absolutely changed my life. I cannot recommend them enough!
