I’ve seen Lauren a handful of times and have benefited greatly from her services. She is professional, informative, and understanding. My right arm pain has decreased a lot from seeing her, and I encourage anyone who needs personalized boutique style care to book an appointment.

I was a little skeptical about trying sports massage therapy, but I had been dealing with knee pain for about a month and decided to give it a shot. I’m so glad I did! Lauren was absolutely amazing. She was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my concerns. The session was not only incredibly effective but also a great experience overall. I walked out of the session completely pain-free—it felt like a miracle! I couldn’t believe the difference after just one visit. If you’re dealing with pain or just want to feel great, I highly recommend Lauren. She truly knows her stuff and works magic!

I have been going to Lauren for almost 2-3 years and all I can say is that she is the best! She listens to your needs, gives feedback, and goes to work. I appreciate that she makes sure to provide a very relaxing environment while taking care of you during the massage therapy. I always end up feeling better after going with her. I also love the fact that she adds in cupping during the session, and everytime I go she asks me if I would like cupping therapy which just shows her professionalism and good communication with her clients. My husband was trying to book a massage for me as a gift, and somehow it got mixed up in the accounts, but Lauren corrected it easily. The massage was wonderful - I’m personally a typical case of desk worker sedentary job, and I came back from my massage feeling so relaxed that I turned in for bed at a very early for me 7pm (I finished my treatment at 4!). Lauren is very professional, and I would return again.

I have been seeing Lauren for close to 6 months now and with every session, I am more pleased with my progress. It takes consistency on both ends, so I will say taking care of yourself between appointments is huge. She is professional though kind and friendly, in my opinion the best of both worlds. I have struggled with low back pain for 6+ years now and can say that my time with Lauren has been well spent...I am currently almost completely pain-free and have been able to comfortably function in daily activities since my full-time commitment in massage therapy as a relief plan.
