Samuel's Wigs and Beauty Supplies

I don’t know… I used to come here all the time for my synthetic wigs. I don’t understand the system they use for their hours, or if they just choose to come in whenever they feel like it. I’ve had so many different times where I’ve looked up to see if they were open, & it said they were. I got an uber from Moorhead to come get hair before an appointment at 11:40am… & they were closed. Doors locked. I had to stand outside & wait for a new uber, & go to a different location to get hair for my appointment today… the worker pulled in as soon as I got into my uber. I think I’m done coming, because I’m tired of coming all this way, just to see they’re closed.

I was so excited to visit Samuels Wigs and Beauty. This was my second visit to the store. On the first visit I entered the store and was not greeted. The staff was huddled around having a discussion about who was going to Heaven or Hell. I wondered the aisles with no assistance being offered. I decided not to make a purchase in that day and left the store. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I returned today hoping for a better experience... Wishful thinking. I entered the store, the girl at the counter looked up and quickly went back to whatever was entertaining her on the counter. Again I wondered the store, with no acknowledgement or assistance. This place is amazing. I get my hair from here every time the customer service is really good and they are great people always nice and kind always greeting their customers. The hair price is very affordable for the real price. It’s supposed to be and they always restock goods Coming here every time .!

This is my favorite store to shop from I wish their were more stores like this I love margarita and joy they are so kind and respectful
