The people who run this store are so rude. This store was supposed to be open at 9AM I waited outside for 30 minutes and no one came. I called and asked if they were open the lady said yes. I told her I was outside the store and she hung up in my face. Spend your money elsewhere!! They have poor customer service skills

Would never recommended their products. Tables were made of cheap particle board and after 3 months our manicure tables turned badly modly and the bottom already had cracked. Worst part was when we called about it they told us that the sell representative was the one responsible for it. And the sell rep wasn't even with the company anymore. Only vietnamese would treat their own like that. Stay away if you can

Worst nail supply place I’ve ever been to. The store associates are rude.

I usually use the Sam’s Nail supply in OKC but they were out of my normal products so I decided to use the online store. My order was distributed by the Mesquite, Tx store. After a few days I began to get worried because I didn’t have any info. They finally sent the tracking number but it kept saying that it was in the pre label stage. I called, emailed, and even texted with someone at the store with no real answers. After a week of this, I finally was able to track my order. They never answered their phone or responded to my email, when I got the text, they only answered up to a certain point, I asked where my order was and they sent the tracking number again, I asked them if it had been shipped, crickets, no further explanation. I will NEVER buy from them online again. Not to mention the

I placed a pick up order(my toddler is usually with me so this option was very helpful), and they were very friendly and helpful. Some items were out of stock but they offered to either refund or replace the items with something else.
