The customer service was amazing I was greeted at the door and they answered all my questions. They also have better prices compared to other beauty supply stores. Definitely worth a visit.

I needed some hair because I suffered a shot to the back of my head and needed to cover it up. The have hair for like $ 5.95and bandanas. Since my head was an open wound I just tied it on because it hurt with chemicals and I didn't want anyone to touch or see it. They did not l9ok down their nose at me I was and am very grateful. They have all levels of service. I would I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The store is well organized and that’s why I have two stars. The staff however is not friendly towards African-American/ Black people. I’ve come here three separate occasions and the first time I thought maybe it was because I’m a new face. The second time same energy from the Asian lady at the front and Hispanic lady that was cashiering. This third time I went the energy was undeniable. There was no greeting and some huffing and puffing. I said thank you for my receipt even though I’m doing them a solid purchasing from their establishment and she huffed at me. I will not be returning. Spent at least $300 in three visits. Venus beauty supply on federal if you don’t mind the drive is better.

As soon as you walk in, they greet you with a smile. They were very polite and helpful. They helped me out by checking to see if the wig I wanted was in stock still and offered to give me a discount if the wig wasn't available. I like that place a lot more than the one I usually visit. 5 stars from me.
