The new fella who replaced Sameer is disgustingly unprofessional. Came in for a cut at 1, asked him how many heads he got. He said 3, after waiting two hours, I get up thinking it’s my turn he says oh my bad there’s one more who was outside and came back. I say no problem. He finishes that person and then he looks at me and says I’m sorry there’s still one more. At this point I’ve been waiting 3 hours. It’s a shame that after being with Sameer for 12 years that he’s replaced by this child with no professionalism, who lies and disrespects a loyal customer for more than a decade.

I would rate the Master Zak as 5 stars. I like experience i have with his work on my hair if you looking for difficult combination balyage hairstyles Zak is the best . I rate the place as 4 stars because it's must be vacumed around everyday . I've been first client of the day and all Salon full of hair from previous days. Hair was all other place not only on flore and its doesn't looks as owner care about his salon .

there’s a new Spanish guy at the salon. Do NOT let him touch your hair. He completely ruined mine doesn’t know how to use scissors or even a trimmer and even left a bald patch at the back of my head. I have no idea why they’re letting him train on regular customers

I usually love my experience here, very friendly staff. Good to great haircuts too every time I've been, and I don't want to disparage them here. That said, I made a reservation today and was basically ignored and made to wait behind everyone else.

Went to get a haircut yesterday for the first time in this area, Samir was the one who attended me. He was very nice and easily understood what I wanted! He has so many years of experience with men and women hair, and it shows, because he washed and cut my hair in layers in no time. I’m very happy with my cut and I’d 100% recommend everyone to go to this salon. Not to mention the prices are very affordable too ☺️☺️☺️
