I use to love going here - everyone was very friendly and accommodating it seemed that changed when I no showed for an appointment due to a family emergency. My mother was in the hospital and I forgot to call to cancel my appointment. I tried to call to apologize. I scheduled a cut for my son after this happened and needed to cancel but they rarely answer their phones. They have long wait times even if you arrive early or on time for your appointment. I waited 20 min past my appointment one time. Then they rush through your cut. We will not be going back.

Normal place I go in Smithfield was closed today, an was my off day an needed a cut today. So I Googled places nearby an found this place so decided to give it a try did a walk in asked if I had a appointment told them no so she asked the other lady if she had time she responded yes she will get me after the client she was working on didn't wait more then 5 minutes was pleased with Fanny she did a great job an recommended me with some Johnny B gel after she saw the flakes I had from the gel I was using 😂 will return if needed.

I came here to do my hair for a wedding. It's all Spanish-speaking people, but the owner did speak a little English. She used some product in my hair which caused it to smell like Nair. When I washed my hair out a few days later it still smelled so bad and it is now five days later and it still smells. I've washed and conditioned my hair many times and I've used dry shampoo and I can't get the smell out. I called Up and asked them what they used and she refuses to tell me. Avoid this place if you can.
