Got a shade match by an employee named Jenny and she was extremely helpful and very sweet. Finding the perfect shade is hard, and it's even more frustrating when you drop a good amount on the wrong shade in this economy. She was able to pick out the perfect shade and was patient enough to see if the shades oxidized or not. Conversing with her also felt like talking with a friend which made the experience that much more comfortable. Happy I made the purchase for fenty 21 😋

Lindsey is the best. She always makes my brows look so good. I always take my son with me and they have the best conversations or at least try to😂. She is a blast to be around and will make you feel like a million bucks

10/10 recommend going to see Lindsey for all your brow needs! Not only do my brows look the best they ever have but she was the kindest person who made my entire experience comfortable! I will only be going to ulta from now on!

During my travels, I visited this Ulta Beauty for the first time to pick up gifts and my monthly beauty essentials. Unfortunately, I wasn’t greeted or offered any assistance, but I was followed around the store, which made me feel uncomfortable. Ulta, please work on your customer service—no business is too popular to fail. First impressions matter.
