A Step Beyond Massage Therapy

Had our very first couples therapy today and it was awesome. Both my husband and I have very demanding jobs so this was overdue. Both Meredith and Thea were extremely professional, kind and made the whole process very comfortable. The room was perfect, dim lighting and soft music. It was quiet and relaxing. They will adjust after starting, anything you need. We will definitely be scheduling again and making self care a priority from here on out!!! Highly recommended!

I saw the positive reviews still and worried for the safety of those who go here. A few years back I was gifted a massage from Thea at A Step Beyond. She allowed my partner to lift up part of my shoulder and push down at the same time. It absolutely hurt. My shoulder has never been the same. Please don't make the mistake I made my going here. This massage therapist also talked about politics the whole time, NOT RELAXING. Then she told me I was bad at relaxing.

I had a wonderful prenatal massage with A Liu Ray! He listened attentively, was very kind, and had great insight into my needs. I loved every minute of it—he took his time and made sure I was comfortable, and checked in on pressure. The staff was extremely friendly when I called! I look forward to coming back!

Have gone a few times, each experience left me relaxed and refreshed. Great customer service, phenomenal staff and Thea Delaney is an incredible asset to the team. She is an incredible massage therapist.

I have been getting myofascial release massages biweekly from Derek for months and I can’t express how grateful I am to find release. My neck was surgically fused in 2014. The tissue around the fusion is atrophied and extremely tight. Derek is truly talented in his ability to create a space for my body to relax and release the tightness. I’ve done everything from acupuncture to deep needling and physical therapy. Derek’s treatments have brought me the most relief in years. I highly recommend Derek for any body work you may need. He’s magic!
