Salt Spa & Yoga

Really enjoyed spending time at Salt Spa & Yoga. We booked the Saturday morning yoga class with Casey and then an hour in the salt cave. Our original date needed to be reschedule due to illness, and they quickly switched us to a later date. The yoga class was relaxing with just enough stretching and movement. Afterwards the class we spent an hour in the salt cave. The chairs were comfortable and they provided fuzzy blankets. This is no way in reflection to the business, but parking in Charleston is challenging. We got lucky with a street spot right outside, but the meter only allows for two hours at a time. Set a timer to feed the meter because they are quick to pass out tickets. Next time I would opt for a garage and walk a little further.

My boyfriend and I did a couples massage and it was so amazing!! This was a last minute trip for us so we came with no plans or expectations. We thought a massage would be nice as we’ve never gotten one before. We were able to book online just a day in advance. I do agree that parking could be an issue for some, but we stayed in a hotel near by and were able to walk!! I totally recommend getting a massage if you’re on the fence about it!! 10/10!!!

I had the best massage of my life this morning and have been floating through my day ever since. My husband and I enjoyed a 90 minute couples massage, with a foot salt scrub and Jo (my therapist) and Dave (my husband's) were EXCEPTIONAL. So inviting and professional, clearly experienced and knowledgeable - they worked out points of tension we didn't even know we had! And sooo relaxing. The space is beautiful, and very unique. Highly recommend!

I received a one hour prenatal massage from Rachel in my 3rd trimester. She did an amazing job and found all of my problem areas. I left feeling so relaxed. The atmosphere is really relaxing and peaceful. I highly recommend coming here for a massage and seeing Rachel.

Pregnant ladies, I just had the most incredible prenatal massage with Leah! She is a doula and can adjust to your massage preferences while still being safe. I have had a few prenatal massages since becoming pregnant, and this one has been the best by far. 10/10 would recommend.
