I just had the BEST massage I’ve ever had! Chance was absolutely incredible. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve had plenty of massages over the years and this one was hands down the best. The pressure was perfect, he was extremely professional, and I felt completely comfortable the entire time. Not to mention, he just puts off the best energy, and I loved his personality. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and pays attention to what your body actually needs. I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Chase was great ! He did Thai matt massage, which is helpful for stretching muscles with neuromuscular methods. Very professional and more people should try this style out!! Salt cave was very nice too.

Had a fantastic experience at Salt Spa in St. Augustine! Went with a friend for a private session at the salt cave, and it was superb! The entire facility is gorgeous; the salt cave is out of this world; the staff, from the receptionist to the owner, are super friendly and knowledgeable, they immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable. The 2 of us left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Next time, we’ll book the “body renewal cycle” to experience the float tank and infrared sauna (already looking forward to it!). If you are health-oriented and are looking for a truly special healing experience in St Augustine, Salt Spa is THE place!

Just had a fabulous couples massages Our therapists were Susan and Chance. Both gave an excellent medium to deep pressure massage. I am a female and Chance was my massage therapist. He was very aware and well trained in draping. I felt completely comfortable. Highly recommend them both.
