Salt and Soles

We were visiting from Montana and looking for a little relaxation, and this place exceeded every expectation. The space is warm and inviting, and the staff is absolutely lovely, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I truly can’t say enough good things about this establishment. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience! I booked same-day on a whim and was lucky they had an opening. I tried the Salt Room followed by a 60-minute Reflexology session. Connie was warm, professional, and even helped identify a potential issue. Highly recommend! I will be back for a sound bath soon!

I went with my BFF and business partner to relax on my birthday and it was such a treat. I felt very taken care of, the space has super relaxing energy, and the cave itself is lovely. We got the 45 min reflexology option and it felt so so so good. The chairs are comfy, they offer clean blankets if like, and they are experts at using gua sha tools to expertly work on your feet. In the cave, the music is relaxing, the air is salt air which is very healthy to breathe, and overall we found it very rejuvenating. We’ll happily be back!

The best place in Nashville to go. The salt cave and reflexology massage is the best in TN. It’s a must when living or visiting Nashville.
