ZEROOOOOOO STARS!!! DON'T BOOK HERE PLEASE! I booked with someone by the name of SHONTE. This was right before labor day weekend so i was very excited to schedule with her. I took the initiative to text her what i was looking for and ask to speak with her in the phone because im looking for my salon home. And she agreed we talked i gave her some background on my hair journey. Because i didn't want to waste her time or mine because i was coming from the Canton area. She listened and told me come in that Monday at 7am. So i did when i got there i called her. She answered, "Girl i texted you lasnight and told you to come in at 10am". DO NOT BOOK WITH DEAIRA M. SHES VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DOESNT SHOW UP TO APPOINTMENTS NO CALL OR TEXT!!! Never received my deposit back been texting and calling no response. This is her second time doing this. I had to get a squeeze in an appointment by Moochie which she did amazing I highly recommend her. Do not book with deaira she has high potential but doesn’t care about professionalism.

Sick and tired of coming here and the lady in the front refusing to buzz in customers! She is rude and displays and attitude when asked if she can buzz you. The buzzer that a lot you to buzz the suite you’d like to go does not work and she knows that! I believe she’s the operations manager,
