I booked with Shakima the Beauty Provider for my wedding and it was a nightmare. The first appointment date she was late. When she finally arrive she didn’t have the hair I paid for when I booked my appointment. She was completely unprofessional and rude. I Should have left and never came back then but against my better judgment I returned. I purchased my own hair and dyed it after she was supposed to provide it.When I arrived to the next appointment she was late again. Halfway through the appointment she took an eyebrow client and made me wait in lobby looking a mess. She also charge me $15 extra to sew on a protective net.Then once the service was provided she over charged me $30 and never returned the initial money I paid. I had the worse experience with theabrows expecialy her attitude is very disappointed I was expecting a solution after she ruin my brows I ended up with two different shapes on my eyebrows I explained that to her and she told me I need a retouch I was there to explain retouch is no gonna fixing anything at this point if I had two shapes my hair I growing in the bottom on one eyebrow and levels one Is higher than the other one very noticeable since people is able to tell me all the time , at the end she said because the muscle asymmetry when I know is not the reason she did it wrong and she never apologized or accepted her mistake, now I have to paid laser removal since is the only solution, I had a consultation from another person and she said it is definitely mismatched. Mary and Evan are amazing salon owners! This is my first salon space by myself and the support I receive from them and all the other artists is truly overwhelming. I couldn’t love my salon suite more, it’s perfect for me and my clients. It’s warm, inviting, and all my clients have boasted about how nice the entire salon is! I was nervous to go out on my own but Ive already seen so much progress with my outreach and growth as a small business!
