I expected a rub down like most massages but this was much better. He asked what bothered me most and streched out those areas before the massaging of that area. He gave verbal directions of when to breath in and when to exhale on the stretch. It was a great experience He was polite and gave me stretches to do at home to help with me troubled areas. I cannot explain enough how great the experience was. I wish him the best but I hope no one reads this post so he does not get too busy for me to make another appointment. 😉

Azuka was wonderful! I felt at ease and enjoyed my 90 minute massage. He was very attentive to my needs, asking questions before we started, making sure the pressure was just right, and even recommending stretches I could be doing to help myself feel better. I found him through a Groupon but will be returning for the excellent massage! Highly recommend Bear Paw Massage!
