Kylie is truly a miracle worker and I cannot hype her up enough. She kills it every time. From the cut to the bleach and color combinations - it always turns out better than I could have ever imagined. She pays attention to every detail and listens to what I want all the while making the whole experience comfortable, fun, and relaxing.
