I received highlights from Hair by Kylie Garcia. My first appointment was cancelled 45 minutes before due to her cat being ill. I understood & kindly rescheduled. I received the highlights and noticed the day after that I have a large red/copper blotch in the middle of my hair that is very noticeable against my blonde hair. I took a time stamped picture. I reached out 4 days after, due to the hurricane, to notify Kylie Garcia. She stated she would have to charge me due to her 24 hour redo policy. The area is so large that she missed, I was surprised she did not point it out while blow drying & cutting.
