This is my favorite place to stock up on professional hair products! The products are top-quality, but it's the staff working here that keep me coming back. They're the sweetest! Always super helpful, kind, and ready with a warm smile. Shopping here feels welcoming and fun because of them :)

the reviews of this place are not honest, at all. this is especially true in regards to the employees working at this location. the workers are very rude and combative and will argue with you! i am a cosmetologist and have been for over 5 years and have had a salon centric account for almost that entire time and yesterday was DENIED a sale because she refused to pull up my account in the system because i realized i left my ID at home. how would i have an account with a phone number attached if i did not have a salon centric account?! i have bought product numerous times with this same account that she refused to look up. completely discriminatory and it appeared to be based on my appearance, as well, according to her comments and the way i was looked up and down. very sad, it really appear

Called to get information on a product and was dismissed very rudely because I personally did not have a license, but was considering them for salons that I do support and work with. You never know who you're speaking with.

I love this store. I don’t live around here however they are WAY MORE HELPUL AND MORE FRIENDLY than in my area. The woman KYARA W. Is not only super helpul and friendly but the lady knows her stuff! Thanks!!! give that woman a raise!!!!

The loveliest monmst knowledgeable ladies at this location. Such a friendly space to be.
