I drove for one hour to pick up my order that I had already paid for. When I arrived, half of my order was missing. On top of that, the pickup address was incorrect. This is completely unacceptable. I wasted my time, my fuel, and my money. Please improve your service and make sure orders are complete and the pickup information is accurate. I expect this issue to be resolved.

Staff is always pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to ensure you get everything you are looking for. The store is always clean and has lots of products.

Wow! The mgr there was very helpful. I'm sorry but I don't remember her name. I had gone in to talk to Teresa but she wasn't in. I was lucky to talk to the manager. She was very knowledgeable & helpful with my problem. I will go back to get the Conditioner she recommended. She wrote it down for me. Thank you so much for your expert advice. I will be back ; )
