This was genuinely the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I sat down, I felt judged. They shamed me for choosing regular polish instead of gel, as if my preference was somehow a problem. The way they spoke to me was dismissive and belittling, and it completely ruined the experience. I requested a simple French tip, something I’ve gotten many times before with no issues, and they still failed to deliver. The work was rushed, uneven, and nothing like what I asked for. On top of that, they don’t even include basic cuticle cleaning. Which is something every professional salon I’ve been to has always done as part of the service. Got a no chip manicure done around noon on October 9th and before 8 AM on todays date (October 10th), 3 of my nails already chipped and the top layer peeled off because the under layer was still wet! This is unacceptable and now I have to pay another place to get my nails redone, less than a day later

got pedi and acrylic. the ladies are so nice in there and did not mind me asking questions and asking to see different combos of nail colors.

I was hesitant at first because of reviews. And I haven’t been to a nail shop in a year. But wow they did amazing. They took their time and gave me exactly what I wanted. Will definitely be back.
