Associate didn’t even attempt to come from behind the counter and help at all. She watched me shop in confusion for 15 minutes and when I got to the counter she told me that I was unable to purchase my items without a cosmetology license. I wasted time and felt extremely unwelcomed. She was so short and seemed like she didn’t want to be at work. It is my fault that I didn’t see the not on the door but to be fair it is written on the door so small and is located at the bottom of the store hours. You can’t expect everyone to just know that I’m not even from here. Terrible customer service, I have heard there are plenty of other good hair stores..just go somewhere else. ❌

Love love love salon centric and all the staff. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. Jennifer Carter is always very helpful. She goes above and beyond to make her customers happy.

Only allowed if you are a professional in the beauty industry. I was told I could not be in there. Rude.
