I came in the store and when I was greeted by Beth she was incredibly rude. I have been shopping here for years and was refused service unless my stylist called in with her license number and product recommendation. I have never had anyone ask for anything but her phone number and I was allowed to purchase what I wanted. If this was a new policy or if she was just trying to do her job I would completely understand, but she was incredibly rude and almost accusatory as she pretty much shamed me for trying to purchase Redken shampoo without a license (which you can buy at Meijer just not in the liter size).
