Very disappointing experience today, February 24th, 2026. The cashier who assisted us was extremely rude and showed zero customer service. She told my husband and me to go somewhere else instead of doing her work. Employees representing a store should be patient, respectful, and willing to assist customers. NOT LIKE THIS RUDE GIRL WAS, someone does not have the patience to provide BASIC customer service, they should not be working in a customer facing position. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this or any store of salon centric.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences at SalonCentric. The store is always well organized, clean, and fully stocked, and the staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable. The manager, Alyssa, and assistant manager, Payton, truly go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and supported. Their professionalism, leadership, and dedication really show, and it makes a big difference in the overall experience. Highly recommend this location!

I had a very disappointing experience at SalonCentric today. The employee working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice at customers and made people feel uncomfortable and embarrassed instead of helping them. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of customer service, and this behavior was unacceptable. No customer should feel disrespected when visiting a store. I hope management addresses this issue because the way customers are treated here really needs improvement.

I have to say this salon centric has a lot to learn from the one on 7th st and Glendale. This one the staff is so preoccupied with anything but the customer. The store NEVER has what I need and the staff doesn't seem to give a shit. The one on 7th street and Glendale always has a full stock of everything and the staff seriously CANNOT be any kinder. I now go out of my way to go to that one verses the one across the street from my salon. Step it up Scottsdale for gods sake it's not rocket science. Be kind. Get your store stocked and give a shit about the ones who keep you in business, well minus one now (ME)

I have at least 22 years going to this store and never had a problem with anyone, some of the girls know me by my name, today September 2 , 2023, I went quickly to buy a color that I needed since the client was waiting for me at the salon Well, the girl who was at the front desk didn't want to look for my information on the computer with my phone number, which is what they always ask me, because she wanted a photo ID or the store app to be able to buy this time.... Sorry they lost a customer. Really poor costumer service !
