I have been coming here for many years and I have always had a great experience. The staff always get to know you and the products you like. As like every other business there are always changes in policy or procedures and they have always updated us as best possible. I have seen the staff handle situations with products being out of stock and they have professionally explained to the customer the situation and have even made some backup recommendations. I know they have personally let me know when I have been waiting on a product the next time I came in if it was stocked or not. Keep up to hard work! It doesn’t go unnoticed.

I had the pleasure of working with Ariel Martinez at Salon Centric, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Ariel was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. She took the time to explain different products and even made some fantastic recommendations tailored to my hair type. Her customer service was top-notch, and she made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning to see Ariel for all my future beauty supply needs. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for expert advice and excellent service!

The staff is always lovely and welcoming. The store is always clean. Generally, most items are in stock. I didn't have the app on my phone, so the young lady at the counter patiently walked me through several steps to retrieve the information she needed. I appreciate her taking the time to ensure I was up to speed with the app.

Absolutely love this store and the staff especially Taylor! They are always so helpful and sweet. My experience with them exceeds my experience with any other supply store and I will always come back!
